The quote form asks for your name, email, service of interest, optional package and website, and project description. It sends those details to Formspree for delivery to Embercrest so the business can respond. Do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.

The form displays a confirmation only after a positive response from the submission service. If delivery cannot be confirmed, it retains the entered details on the page and offers an email/copy fallback. The email option uses your own email application.

Formspree processes submitted information under its privacy policy. Questions about information held by Embercrest can be sent to embercrestdigitalsolutions@gmail.com.

The site remembers your motion preference in your browser’s local storage. It can retain limited referral and campaign labels in session storage to connect a visit with an inquiry during the browsing session. Form fields are not copied into those attribution labels.

This site does not currently use Google Analytics or advertising measurement. The site exposes optional conversion events for a future approved analytics integration; these hooks do not themselves send information to an analytics service. Hosting and form providers may process technical request information as part of delivering their services.

The FORME concept has a demonstration enquiry interface. It is not a real client business and its preview form does not send or store the entered details.
