Design that fits your business
Custom responsive layouts use your existing branding and supplied content. The page structure makes room for services, business information, work examples and contact details without burying the important parts.
WEBSITES / SMALL BUSINESSES
Embercrest Digital Solutions builds custom websites for small businesses that need a professional place to explain their services, show their work and receive inquiries. Start with a clear scope, not a long list of features you may never use.
01 / SMALL-BUSINESS WEB DESIGN
A useful small-business website answers practical questions. What do you do? Who is the service for? What does a customer need to know before getting in touch? How can they request a quote or ask a question? Those answers should be easy to find, including on a phone.
The project starts with your services, customer needs and existing business information. For a service business or contractor, that may mean individual service explanations, genuine work photos and an inquiry form that asks the right questions. An independent professional may need a different balance of information and contact options. These are possible project uses, not claims about Embercrest’s previous customers.

Custom responsive layouts use your existing branding and supplied content. The page structure makes room for services, business information, work examples and contact details without burying the important parts.
A contact or quote form gives visitors a next step. The agreed submission flow is checked before launch. More involved lead forms and custom workflows can be scoped when the business needs them.
Published packages include technical SEO, analytics setup, performance optimization, quality checks and launch support. These are implementation tasks, not guarantees of search rankings or sales.
A smaller scope should still look professional and work properly. More complex packages add content depth, conversion strategy and custom functionality rather than lowering the design standard of simpler websites.
03 / SMALL-BUSINESS WEB DESIGN
Essential is $2,250 for a professional business website with approximately 5–7 core pages. Growth is $3,250 and adds sales-focused structure, refined copy, expanded content and conversion-event tracking, typically across approximately 8–10 pages where appropriate. Advanced starts at $4,750 for bespoke interactive features, integrations or workflows.
Those are the published package prices; the written quote confirms the work and final price. Standard packages include two reasonable revision rounds unless the proposal says otherwise. Hosting, domains and third-party services are separate unless specifically included. Review package details and payment terms before deciding what to request.
04 / SMALL-BUSINESS WEB DESIGN
You do not need a finished website specification to ask for a quote. A useful starting point is a description of your business, the services you want to promote and the action you want visitors to take. Include your existing website, if any, and explain what currently works or causes problems.
Use your own project photos and accurate descriptions. If you do not yet have testimonials or completed work to share, the design can explain your offer without pretending that evidence exists. Do not put passwords or sensitive account details in the quote form.
05 / SMALL-BUSINESS WEB DESIGN
After the quote is approved, the design develops around the agreed content and features. You review the work within the revision rounds in your proposal. The agreed pages and form flow are checked before you approve launch, and handover covers access, hosting arrangements and future changes.
Optional maintenance can help keep information and functionality current after launch. The care plans state what is included; new pages, major redesigns and new functionality are separately quoted. If you already have a website, a focused redesign may be a better starting point than a new build.

The FORME design concept demonstrates responsive presentation, project browsing and a clearly marked enquiry preview. It is a self-initiated fictional studio, not client work. View it to understand the design approach, without treating it as a claim of customer results.
Embercrest serves the Tacoma and Pierce County small-business market. Share your location and project needs when requesting a quote. The website lists email and online inquiry options, not a public walk-in office.
BEFORE WE START
No. Begin with your business, goals and existing site if you have one. The process then identifies the logo, photos and business details needed for the agreed pages.
Ongoing care is optional and separate unless your proposal specifically includes it. Care plans set out the checks and support allowance, and larger changes are quoted separately.
The Growth package includes advanced quote or lead forms. Bespoke workflows and integrations may require Advanced or a custom scope, confirmed in your written proposal.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Share your business, goals and current site, if you have one. The next step is a conversation and a written quote.
