A website for your business. A clear next step for your customers.
Embercrest Digital Solutions provides website design, redesign and ongoing care for small businesses in Tacoma and Pierce County. Give customers a clear picture of what you do, a useful mobile experience and a straightforward way to get in touch.
A customer arriving on your website should be able to understand your services without having to piece them together. Whether someone has heard your name from a neighbor, found you in a search or followed a link from a business profile, the page needs to explain what you offer and what to do next.
Embercrest’s small-business work is suited to service businesses, independent professionals and businesses that need to show their work and receive inquiries. For a contractor, that might mean clear service descriptions, genuine project photos and a useful quote form. For another local business, accurate hours, contact details and a simple explanation of the offer may matter most. These are examples of project needs, not a list of claimed clients.
The starting point is your business information and your customers’ questions. The design and page structure follow from that, rather than asking every business to fit the same template.

A new site, a redesign or help after launch.
Custom website design
Page layouts tailored to your services, branding, work and contact details. Responsive design covers phones, tablets and desktop screens, with a contact or quote flow appropriate to the project.
If you already have a website, share its address and explain what is getting in the way. The work may involve clearer navigation, updated presentation, better mobile layouts or a more direct path to an inquiry.
Keep service details, business information and supplied photos current. Optional maintenance covers the checks and support agreed in your plan; larger changes are scoped separately.
Published build packages also include a technical SEO foundation, performance optimization and pre-launch quality checks. The aim is a usable, understandable website. No package promises a search position, a volume of inquiries or a particular business result.

Make the useful things easy to find.
A professional website is more than a polished first screen. Visitors need to find the right service, understand whether it fits their needs and reach you without unnecessary steps. On a phone, cramped text, awkward menus and hard-to-use forms can make a straightforward task frustrating.
A redesign or new build is an opportunity to address those practical issues: dated visuals, confusing navigation, slow-loading content, unclear calls to action and missing business information. Useful photographs and specific service descriptions help customers evaluate the business. Clear buttons make the next step understandable. Performance work should support that experience without stripping away the personality of the design.
Not every existing site needs a full rebuild. Your quote request can identify a particular problem—such as an outdated service page or a difficult mobile form—so the scope can focus on the work that is actually needed.

Share your business and goals
Send a quote request describing what you do, who you serve and what you want the website to help customers do. Include your current site if you have one. Follow-up questions come by email, followed by a written quote.
Agree on the work and review the design
Your quote sets out the pages, features, price, payment schedule and planned launch date. Once approved, the project uses your logo, photos and business details. You review the design within the agreed revision rounds.
Check, launch and plan ongoing care
The agreed pages and form flow are checked before you approve launch. Handover confirms access, hosting arrangements and responsibility for future changes. Maintenance is optional, with its scope agreed in writing.
The published Essential package is $2,250, Growth is $3,250 and Advanced starts at $4,750. Essential covers approximately 5–7 core pages; Growth adds content depth and sales-focused structure, typically around 8–10 pages where appropriate. Advanced is for more bespoke functionality and interactive experiences.
Projects that fit Essential or Growth should be priced close to the published amount. The written quote confirms the scope and final price. Hosting, domains, paid third-party services and ongoing care are separate unless the proposal includes them. Compare the full packages to see the differences and maintenance options.

Serving Tacoma and Pierce County.
This service is for small businesses in the Tacoma and Pierce County market that need a website built, updated or redesigned. Your site should describe the places your business genuinely serves and provide accurate contact information, without invented locations or unnecessary city pages.
Embercrest’s website does not list a public storefront or walk-in office. Begin with the online quote form or email, rather than making a trip to an assumed address. If your business is outside this market, include its location in your inquiry so suitability and project arrangements can be discussed.

See the thinking behind the design.
The FORME concept and design breakdown show a responsive website with architectural imagery, optional motion, project details and a clear enquiry path. You can explore the desktop and phone examples and see the reasoning behind the page structure.
FORME is a fictional architecture studio and a self-initiated Embercrest concept, not a commissioned client project. Its demonstration form does not send inquiries. It is presented as an example of design and implementation, without invented customer testimonials or business results.
BEFORE WE START
Your questions. Clear answers.
How much does a small-business website cost?
Published website packages are Essential at $2,250, Growth at $3,250 and Advanced starting at $4,750. Your written quote confirms the scope and final price. Hosting, domains, paid services and ongoing care are separate unless included in the proposal.
How long does a website take to build?
There is no single published turnaround time. The planned launch date is part of the written quote and depends on the agreed scope, required content and review process. Include any important deadline in your request.
Can Embercrest redesign an existing website?
Yes. Share your current website and the issues you want to address. Major redesigns are quoted separately from routine maintenance, and the proposal confirms the changes and any technical dependencies.
Will the website work on phones and tablets?
Responsive design and desktop, tablet and mobile support are included in the published website packages. The agreed pages and form flow are checked before launch.
Can you maintain the website after launch?
Yes. Optional website care plans and ad-hoc support are available. Included checks and editing time depend on the plan; maintenance is not unlimited development.
Can you help with an existing slow website?
Performance optimization is included in new website packages, and performance checks are included in relevant care plans. Share the existing site so the cause and appropriate scope can be reviewed. A particular speed score is not guaranteed.
Do you work with businesses outside Tacoma?
The primary market described here is Tacoma and Pierce County. If your business is elsewhere, include its location in the quote request so the project fit can be discussed before any commitment.
How do I request a quote?
Use the quote form on the homepage or email embercrestdigitalsolutions@gmail.com. Describe your services, goals, existing website and any package of interest. You will receive any follow-up questions by email before the quote is prepared.
